Job Description
Manage day‑to‑day accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, and audits for Naomi's Village, ensuring compliance with policies and donor requirements while supporting strategic financial planning operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and financial statements.
- Monitor departmental budgets and recommend cost‑control measures.
- Process payroll, manage statutory deductions, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Oversee financial transactions, banking operations, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Support procurement processes and ensure compliance with financial policies and donor requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain proper financial documentation.
- Manage vendor payments and maintain effective financial controls.
Requirements
- BA/BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Management (Accounting option)
- CPA (K) or ACCA finalist (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years experience in financial management, accounting, reporting and audits
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills

- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
