Job Description
Support partnership customers by handling inquiries, warranty claims, and product portal updates while analyzing data, creating manuals, and collaborating on cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced clean energy internship.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional assistance to partnership customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with warranty claim processing, ensuring efficient and accurate handling.
- Develop, maintain, and update the product support portal.
- Create troubleshooting manuals and conduct training sessions.
- Record and analyse data to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision‑making.
- Contribute to website and bot development, updates, and improvements.
- Work with cross‑functional teams on various projects and initiatives.
- Maintain detailed, organized records of customer interactions and assistance activities.
- Contribute to SOP documentation.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Tech‑savvy with strong understanding of customer assistance tools and technologies.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency with operational tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Excellent customer management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with data recording and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
