Job Description
Lead client partnership and AI solution design, oversee AI/ML workflow delivery, drive analytics and continuous improvement, and support pre‑sales activities for AI annotation projects in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and translate client requirements into structured workflows and quality frameworks.
- Oversee daily execution of AI/ML/CV/AV/ADAS annotation workflows to meet accuracy and timeline SLAs.
- Build dashboards and conduct root‑cause analyses to improve data quality and model performance.
- Recommend process optimizations and promote automation tools for annotation.
- Provide technical inputs for proposals, pricing, and support RFI/RFP submissions and demos.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of annotation workflows for computer vision, NLP, LiDAR/RADAR, and AV/ADAS datasets.
- Proficiency with annotation tools such as Labelbox, SuperAnnotate, Scale AI, and CVAT.
- Solid analytics skills, including Excel, SQL/Python, and experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Excellent communication, technical storytelling, and stakeholder management.
- 8+ years experience in AI/ML operations, technical solutioning, or program delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/AI, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with robotics or autonomous vehicle (AV/ADAS) annotation projects.
- Prior experience designing taxonomies, guidelines, and quality processes for AI datasets.
- Familiarity with advanced automation tools and pre‑labeling techniques.
