Job Description
Lead AI/ML solution design and program delivery for client datasets, overseeing annotation workflows, analytics, and pre‑sales support while driving quality improvements and stakeholder collaboration in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions, translate client requirements into structured annotation workflows, guidelines, and quality frameworks.
- Oversee daily execution of AI/ML annotation workflows, ensuring accuracy, throughput, and timeline SLAs.
- Build dashboards and reports, conduct root‑cause analyses, and deliver actionable insights to improve model training data.
- Recommend process optimizations, promote automation tools, and enhance sampling and auditing frameworks.
- Provide technical input for proposals, pricing, RFPs, and support demos and client evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/AI or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in AI/ML operations, technical solutioning, or program delivery.
- Strong understanding of annotation workflows for computer vision, NLP, LiDAR/RADAR, AV/ADAS datasets.
- Proficiency with annotation tools such as Labelbox, SuperAnnotate, Scale AI, or CVAT.
- Experience designing workflows, taxonomies, guidelines, and quality processes.
- Advanced analytics skills: Excel, SQL/Python, PowerBI/Tableau/Looker.
- Excellent communication, technical storytelling, and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing escalations, coaching teams, and leading KPI‑driven environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with robotics, AV/ADAS, or advanced computer vision is a plus.
