Job Description

Manage sales activities across Kenya's Western region, preparing performance reports, analyzing SKU profitability, and building client relationships to drive revenue growth for Africa Advance Industrial and Commercial Limited.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Analyze SKU profitability, performance, distribution gaps, and territory productivity.
  • Perform any other duties assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role (e.g., washing powder, rice, spaghetti) – advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management.
  • Fast learner, highly self‑motivated, capable of producing high‑impact work without supervision, adaptable and confident.
  • Creative problem‑solver with the ability to develop ideas to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information and adapt it to specific customers.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills, highly responsive, reliable, and with integrity.
  • Persuasive, enthusiastic, and client‑centric focus.
  • Flexibility.
  • Available immediately.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the Western Region market – added advantage.
