Job Description

Provide frontline client support for ArvoCap Asset Managers, handling inquiries, complaints, KYC/AML compliance, and documentation while tracking service metrics and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, chat and in‑person.
  • Resolve service concerns and handle complaints.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Support KYC/AML compliance processes.
  • Track and report customer service metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (completed or ongoing).
  • Relevant experience in customer care.
