Job Description
Provide frontline client support for ArvoCap Asset Managers, handling inquiries, complaints, KYC/AML compliance, and documentation while tracking service metrics and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, chat and in‑person.
- Resolve service concerns and handle complaints.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Support KYC/AML compliance processes.
- Track and report customer service metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (completed or ongoing).
- Relevant experience in customer care.
