Job Description

Assist the Product Manager in developing pricing, promotional strategies, product launches, and market analysis while coordinating sales, supply chain, and marketing activities to drive market share in Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and analyze market activity.
  • Develop pricing models and promotional plans with the Product Manager.
  • Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers on promotional pricing.
  • Monitor production, shipping schedules, and logistics for new product launches.
  • Analyze competition, market share, and in‑store performance.
  • Maintain product data systems and support marketing communications.
  • Provide supply chain support and analyze PSI by model.
  • Handle office administration, correspondence, and meeting documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales/marketing or product management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience launching new products and leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong business acumen and team‑player attitude.
