Job Description
Assist in estimating and managing costs for painting services, calculate material quantities, support budgeting, procurement, and reporting, while collaborating with the surveying team to ensure accurate project cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate the required paint quantities for various projects.
- Assist in estimating expenses for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Coordinate with painters for site sampling and workforce planning.
- Contribute to the development of project budgets.
- Support material procurement and supplier management in line with the approved budget.
- Aid in preparing project documents such as quantity surveying reports, progress updates, and cost variance reports.
- Use ERP systems and related tools to improve measurement efficiency and ensure well‑organized project records.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction project management.
- Strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to conduct precise quantity take‑offs and accurate cost assessments.
