Job Description

Seeking a charismatic Business Development Associate to drive B2B sales, build client relationships, and develop strategies across real estate, construction, and merchandising sectors, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted sectors (focus on B2B).
  • Hit and surpass set company sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Represent the company at meetings, site visits, networking events, and industry engagements.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline development.

Requirements

  • 4‑6 years of proven experience in sales, particularly within real estate, construction, or merchandising sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse communities and varied market segments.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Valid driving license (mandatory).
