Job Description
Generation seeks volunteer mentors to virtually guide Retail Sales Associate program graduates for three months, delivering six mentorship sessions, completing brief reports, and receiving airtime support and a completion certificate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to program graduates through virtual mentorship sessions.
- Complete brief reports after each session using a Google Form.
- Encourage mentees to develop career‑ready skills and confidence.
Requirements
- BA/BSc/HND or equivalent
- Current experience working in retail (e.g., line attendant, sales associate, cashier, merchandiser, operations manager, restaurant manager, steward, waiter/waitress, stock controller, data clerk, or team leader)
