Job Description
Lead data‑driven transformation for Uganda’s agrifood system, translating complex data into actionable strategies, designing innovative models, mentoring teams, and building partnerships with government and private sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex data into actionable strategies for youth and agricultural development.
- Shape innovative models and solutions that strengthen national agrifood systems.
- Lead analytical workstreams and turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Design and evaluate models for systems, policy, or program‑level transformation.
- Build credible relationships with government, private sector, and program partners.
- Mentor high‑performing teams and ensure high‑quality outputs with integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in management consulting, analytics, or strategic advisory roles.
- Proven ability to lead analytical workstreams and derive actionable insights from complex data.
- Experience designing and evaluating models for system, policy, or program transformation.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with government, private sector, and program partners.
- Commitment to integrity, high‑quality outputs, and team mentorship.
