Job Description
Provide clinical care to staff and dependents, manage employee medical schemes, develop occupational health and safety policies, monitor health trends, and ensure a safe work environment at Ol Pejeta Conservancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical care to staff and their dependants.
- Administer medical schemes for employees.
- Lead the development and implementation of occupational health and safety policies that meet local and international standards.
- Monitor health trends across the conservancy and keep management informed.
- Drive preventative health interventions.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, visitors, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Qualified Clinical Officer with BA/BSc/HND clinical officer qualification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in occupational health and safety (preferred).
- High standard of professional integrity.
- Ability to work in a field‑based environment.
