Job Description
Creative Content Creator needed to develop, manage, and optimize engaging digital content across social platforms, video, podcasts, newsletters, and blogs, maintaining brand voice and driving audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, engaging content across multiple formats including social media posts, videos, reels, podcasts, newsletters, and blogs.
- Develop, plan, and execute a structured content calendar ensuring consistent and timely publishing.
- Maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Produce, film, and edit video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Monitor performance metrics including engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions.
- Analyze data and refine content strategies based on insights and trends.
- Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners where necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation and storytelling ability.
- Experience managing social media platforms and content management systems.
- Proficiency in video editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Ability to interpret data from tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Strong creativity, originality, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of creativity and innovation.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
