Job Description
Lead Kenya’s veterinary pharmaceutical business, driving commercial growth, regulatory compliance, supply chain operations, and team performance while managing full P&L and risk controls and fostering strategic partnerships with distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial, distribution, and market share growth.
- Ensure full regulatory and compliance standards (GMP/GDP).
- Manage operations, supply chain, and inventory.
- Uphold governance, risk controls, and ethics.
- Build and lead a high‑performing team.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
- 8–12+ years experience in animal health or veterinary pharmaceuticals.
- Country leadership experience with full P&L ownership.
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan regulatory and distributor landscape.
- Proven risk control and compliance background.
- Strategic, hands‑on, high‑integrity leader.
