Job Description
Lead county‑level sales operations, develop strategies, manage staff, oversee administration, and build client relationships for renewable energy products across Kiambu, Nairobi, and Nakuru, ensuring growth and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate marketing processes and develop county‑level sales strategies.
- Run county office operations including stock reconciliation, record keeping, reporting, and staff expense oversight.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage sales executives, agents, and credit officers; conduct performance reviews and internal training.
- Analyze and improve customer relations, travel to field to monitor activities, and handle escalated issues.
Requirements
- Team player who leads by example with strong listening and trust‑building skills.

- High ethics and integrity; result‑oriented problem‑solver.
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BSc/HND in Business studies or equivalent (degree required).
- Minimum three years total work experience, with at least one year managing a team.
- Experience as loan officer or field officer in urban/peri‑urban areas (advantage).
