Job Description
TSAVO seeks an experienced CRM Developer to design, customize, and enhance its Dynamics 365 platform, supporting sales, marketing, customer service, and property management through workflows, integrations, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize CRM features, workflows, and business rules
- Automate business processes within the CRM platform
- Build and maintain system integrations via APIs
- Support reporting through dashboards and insights
- Provide ongoing CRM support and continuous improvements
Requirements
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Solid understanding of CRM concepts and workflows
- Proficiency in CRM Power Automate and Power Apps (model‑driven)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years software development experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
