Job Description

Lead customer care for Odoo’s African small‑business portfolio, onboarding 1,000 clients, providing bilingual French/English support, collaborating with sales, and driving growth across the East African Community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 1,000 small‑business clients, balancing automation and personalized engagement.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new Odoo customers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing advice and support to improve their experience throughout projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND).
  • Perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Good and quick understanding of customer needs.
  • Highly organized, capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Based in Nairobi, Kenya, or a member of the East African Community (EAC).
