Job Description

Provide B2B customer support, manage orders, meet sales targets, resolve inquiries, and coordinate with operations, finance, and dispatch to ensure timely service for Avery Dennison in Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile daily order‑intake report and submit to CSR Manager.
  • Promote and sell slow‑moving warehouse stock to meet team sales goals.
  • Liaise with operations, dispatch, and finance to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Resolve product/service queries, log complaints in Salesforce, and update price lists.
  • Manage incoming calls, direct queries, and ensure timely invoicing information.
  • Check inventory daily based on forecasts and conduct weekly MDI meetings.
  • Recommend products/services and maintain a professional, empathetic attitude.
  • Load customer orders into MFGpro, create job cards, and ensure accurate order creation.
  • Coordinate urgent order time frames between production and dispatch supervisors.
  • Provide feedback on urgent orders and out‑of‑stock materials to customers.
  • Participate in stock‑take activities as required.

Requirements

  • BA/BSc/HND or equivalent relevant qualification.
  • 3–5 years B2B experience, preferably in customer service or sales.
  • Strong telephonic communication and customer liaison skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Analytical problem‑solving and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a B2B environment.
  • Background in customer service or sales.
