Job Description

Provide real‑time live‑chat support for e‑commerce customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and order assistance across pre‑sales, sales, and after‑sales, while meeting response targets in rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
  • Provide support throughout the entire order cycle: pre‑sales assistance, processing support, and after‑sales issue resolution (complaints, disputes, returns).
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, especially with repeat or high‑value customers, and assist with account verification.
  • Track, monitor, and resolve customer complaints; escalate issues when necessary.
  • Achieve monthly targets for customer response and resolution rates.
  • Stay updated on e‑commerce market trends to anticipate customer needs and recommend service improvements.
  • Provide accurate, detailed feedback to the operations team to improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher education.
  • Proficient typing skills and Microsoft Excel/office software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in e‑commerce customer service (preferred).
  • Strong timekeeping, reliability, and adaptability to new systems.
  • Integrity, ethics, professionalism, and detail‑orientation.
