Job Description
Drive SaaS customer success sales for Oracle in Nairobi, identifying opportunities, building pipelines, consulting prospects, and leading go‑to‑market initiatives while meeting quota and collaborating with partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize new opportunities, engaging with sales professionals and prospects to develop new or expansion deals for CSS.
- Seek sufficient pipeline coverage and deliver allocated quota each financial period.
- Sell consultatively, providing credible advice and mentorship on the value of CSS adoption and service solutions for Oracle SaaS.
- Lead information‑gathering sessions specific to CSS Services to determine the CSS role in opportunities.
- Build and run go‑to‑market initiatives.
Requirements
- BA/BSc/HND (or equivalent) degree.
- Experience selling technology solutions.
- Strong sales, consulting, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work within sophisticated sales and delivery cycles with multiple partners.
- Willingness to travel within the Gulf as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven history of strong sales, consulting, and collaboration skills.
- Cognitive ability to listen, understand, and respond concisely to sophisticated questions and validate understanding.
- Strong verbal and written communication, needs analysis, positioning, scoping, and business justification.
