Job Description
Renegade Air seeks an experienced Dash 8 Captain in Nairobi to lead flights, ensuring safety, crew coordination, and operational excellence with at least 3,000 flight hours and required certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Dash 8 aircraft as Pilot‑in‑Command
- Lead flight crew and ensure safety
- Manage crew resource management (CRM)
- Maintain operational discipline
- Navigate dynamic regional environments
Requirements
- Minimum 3,000 total flight hours, including 1,000 hours as Pilot‑in‑Command
- Valid ICAO ATPL
- Valid Instrument Rating
- Valid Multi‑Engine Rating
- Strong leadership and decision‑making skills
- Proven safety record and professionalism
- Excellent CRM and operational discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Dash 8 Type Rating (advantage)
- BA/BSc/HND (minimum)
- Ability to operate in dynamic regional environments
