Job Description
Creative, analytical Digital Marketer needed to develop and execute multi‑channel campaigns, boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive growth for Crystal Recruit through SEO, social media, PPC, email and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify new opportunities to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Manage company social media platforms, plan and schedule content calendars, and respond to comments and inquiries.
- Create and manage blog posts, website content, and marketing materials; coordinate graphics, videos, and promotional content; ensure brand voice consistency.
- Optimize website content for SEO, conduct keyword research, implement strategies, and monitor rankings and performance.
- Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC campaigns; monitor performance and optimize ROI; manage budgets.
- Create and manage email campaigns and newsletters; segment audiences, analyze performance, and optimize open rates and conversions.
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics; prepare monthly reports; use data insights to improve campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, PPC advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
