Job Description

Kavora Holdings seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist/Administrator to manage social media, create content, run paid ads, optimize SEO, and support email campaigns across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Plan and schedule content across digital channels.
  • Design basic marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
  • Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Optimize website and landing‑page content for SEO.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Assist in email marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Support brand awareness and lead‑generation efforts.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing business social media accounts.
  • Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and/or Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with Canva or other design tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with analytics tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Content creation (graphics, short‑form video).
  • Copywriting for digital campaigns.
  • Basic SEO knowledge.
  • Experience working with e‑commerce brands.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or email‑marketing platforms.
