Job Description
Lead BURN’s employee experience agenda by designing surveys, driving action plans, managing onboarding, recognition, wellbeing programs, and internal communications to boost engagement, retention, and culture across sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct annual employee satisfaction survey and regular pulse surveys, analyze results, and report insights.
- Facilitate post‑survey action planning with leaders and track execution via EX action log.
- Develop and manage recognition programs and culture champion network.
- Partner with CTHO to plan and prioritize annual training initiatives aligned with engagement goals.
- Evaluate training impact, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Design and continuously improve onboarding and buddy programs, including toolkits and check‑ins.
- Oversee wellbeing initiatives, EAP provider management, and critical‑incident support protocols.
- Own EX calendar and events, manage budgets, and assess ROI.
- Collaborate with People/Communications to produce employee communications and change support materials.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years experience in employee experience, HR, organizational development, engagement, internal communications, or culture roles.
- Proven experience designing and running surveys, focus groups, and action planning.
- Strong data storytelling and dashboarding skills (Excel/Sheets).
- Vendor and budget management experience.
- High trust, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to influence without authority and strong facilitation skills.
- Structured program management with follow‑through.
- Excellent human‑focused communication, especially during change.
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BSc/HND or equivalent
