Job Description

Assist with financial transactions, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, monthly reports, and payroll processing for a dynamic construction company, ensuring accuracy and timely full statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post financial transactions, vouchers, and journals; support accounts payable/receivable, payment schedules, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations; assist in monthly financial reporting.
  • Process monthly payroll for staff and site workers, including schedules, overtime calculations, and statutory deductions (PAYE, NSSF, SHIF, Housing) and ensure timely remittances.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1‑3 years experience in finance, payroll, or administration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the construction industry (added advantage)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
