Job Description

The Front Desk Officer will greet visitors, manage office records, support procurement and budgeting, and provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations at Kinetic Controls in Nairobi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors professionally
  • Maintain office and supplier records accurately
  • Provide general administrative support to management
  • Assist with procurement processes and supplier coordination
  • Support office operations and daily tasks
  • Prepare and manage basic budgets
  • File and track daily expenses and receipts
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year proven experience in a front‑desk or administrative role
  • Experience in procurement (essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Basic budgeting and financial record‑keeping skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Certificate in procurement or office management (advantageous)
  • Strong computer literacy with MS Office
