Job Description
Lead global People & Culture operations, managing PEO/EOR partners, HR systems, staff support, and policy implementation to enhance equity, compliance, and employee experience across distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate People & Culture operations across global time zones and lead contracts management, HRIS development, documentation, and compliance.
- Manage onboarding/off‑boarding logistics and contracts administration in partnership with Operations and Finance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and create templates, workflows, and toolkits for efficiency.
- Oversee global PEO/EOR relationships, handling onboarding, probation, performance, benefits, compliance, and issue resolution.
- Serve as first point of contact for routine P&C questions, providing support and escalation as needed.
- Provide early‑stage employee‑relations guidance and ensure managers have up‑to‑date tools and templates.
- Project‑manage People & Culture initiatives, monitoring progress and timelines across workstreams.
- Support culture, wellbeing, engagement, compensation, and staff development initiatives, including investigations.
- Evaluate and update P&C policies, procedures, and guidance, considering country‑specific requirements.
- Assist in evolving compensation, performance management, and staff development systems.
- Navigate organization‑wide governance requirements with legal and governance teams.
- Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes as needed.
- Promote clarity and accessibility of P&C processes across teams, time zones, and languages.
- Identify and implement opportunities for system improvements.
Requirements
- Significant experience in complex global People & Culture operations, preferably in an international NGO or distributed organization.
- Strong understanding of global P&C practices, employment regulatory compliance, and ability to assess compliance risks.
- Experience managing PEO/EOR partners and supporting varied international employment structures.
- Expertise in P&C systems management, documentation, workflow design, and process improvement.
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build trust across cultures, languages, and time zones.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams, balance competing priorities, and meet fast‑paced timelines.
- High integrity, confidentiality, sound judgment, and problem‑solving ability.

- HR‑related qualification or affiliation with a recognized professional HR body.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a global HR generalist.
- Experience with HRIS tools and digital workflow systems.
- Experience supporting DEIA, culture, or change‑management processes.
- Ability to work in multiple languages.
- Other relevant certifications.
