Job Description
Lead talent, performance, and employee experience initiatives across Pharo’s global operations, overseeing recruitment, learning & development, policy compliance, and HR systems to build a high‑performing, inclusive workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement talent development approaches aligned with growth plans.
- Lead development and coordination of leadership programmes with internal and external partners.
- Support succession planning and maintain succession data with senior leadership.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for designated roles across entities and geographies.
- Craft employer brand and value proposition to attract diverse talent.
- Identify, design, and manage learning & development solutions and annual training calendar.
- Support performance management design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with leaders to enhance employee experience and culture through data‑driven initiatives.
- Develop, rollout, and ensure compliance with core HR policies and governance processes.
- Improve and standardise HR processes, documentation, and systems across countries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (BA/BSc/HND accepted).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, learning and development, organisational psychology, or a related domain.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced training in learning and development, organisational management, psychology, or sociology is desirable.
