Job Description
Create engaging social media graphics and visual assets for M‑Gas, translating brand pillars into digital and field materials, using Canva, Adobe tools, and AI‑assisted design while maintaining brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visually engaging social media graphics aligned with the content calendar.
- Translate brand pillars and marketing messages into visual content for digital platforms and field initiatives.
- Develop creative assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and on‑ground teams.
- Create promotional graphics for campaigns, offers, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Ensure visual content follows brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Adapt designs for static posts, carousels, stories, short‑form visuals, and field execution materials.
- Support marketing team in visual storytelling, use AI‑assisted design tools, stay updated on design trends, collaborate cross‑functionally, maintain organized asset repository, and revise designs based on feedback.
Requirements
- Demonstrated interest in graphic design via portfolio, coursework, or personal projects.
- Experience creating visual content for social media, school projects, or freelance work (advantageous).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communication or related field.
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or similar).
- Knowledge of AI‑assisted design tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graphic design or digital media certifications are a plus.
- Understanding of social media audiences and engagement‑driven design.
- Strong visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
