Job Description

Lead sales and growth initiatives for Bridge Talent Group, driving B2B enterprise deals over $5M in technology, software, and AI services across African enterprises and government clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and growth strategies for the company
  • Lead and mentor senior sales leadership team
  • Identify, negotiate, and close large enterprise contracts exceeding $5 million
  • Expand market presence and revenue streams in African enterprises and government sectors
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align offerings with market demand
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust tactics to achieve revenue targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
  • 5+ years in senior revenue leadership roles (e.g., VP Sales, CRO)
  • Proven track record closing deals of $5 million or more in technology, software, or AI services
  • Experience selling to enterprises and governments in Africa
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Experience in high‑growth, fast‑paced technology environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
