Job Description

Seeking an HR Admin to manage HR administration, ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws, support employee relations, and maintain HR systems, leveraging 3‑4 years experience in a BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day HR administration tasks
  • Ensure compliance with Kenyan employment legislation
  • Support employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Maintain and update HR systems and records

Requirements

  • 3‑4 years experience in HR Administration or as an HR Generalist
  • Strong knowledge of Kenyan employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills
  • High level of integrity handling confidential information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a BPO or service‑oriented environment (added advantage)
  • CHRP certification (added advantage)
