Job Description
Seeking an HR Admin to manage HR administration, ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws, support employee relations, and maintain HR systems, leveraging 3‑4 years experience in a BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day HR administration tasks
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan employment legislation
- Support employee relations and conflict resolution
- Maintain and update HR systems and records
Requirements
- 3‑4 years experience in HR Administration or as an HR Generalist
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan employment legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills
- High level of integrity handling confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a BPO or service‑oriented environment (added advantage)
- CHRP certification (added advantage)
