Job Description
Lead HR operations for Inspire Credit, a microfinance firm, overseeing multi‑branch teams, ensuring compliance with the Employment Act, driving performance improvements, and managing stakeholder relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR functions across multiple branches
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and HR best practices
- Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts
- Drive measurable performance improvements within the HR department
- Align HR initiatives with the organization’s bottom‑line goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business, or related field
- 5–7 years progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven ability to lead HR in a regulated environment, preferably microfinance
- Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and HR best practices
- Experience managing people across multiple branches
Preferred Qualifications
- CHRP certification (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable performance improvement
- Understanding of how HR impacts the bottom line
