Job Description
Oversee client accounts from concept to delivery, devise sales strategies, acquire new business, coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure quality signage, meet revenue targets, and nurture long‑term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate sales budget and develop strategies for achieving planned sales.
- Source new clients through activations, meetings, referrals, site visits, cold‑calling and other prospecting methods.
- Present sales pitches, follow up on closures, generate revenue, and update clients on progress.
- Participate in strategy meetings, plan execution, and supervise to meet targets and timelines.
- Follow up on client invoicing and payments; present monthly sales reviews to Management.
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of outdoor projects from start to finish.
- Meet allocated sales targets through proactive sales activities; manage sales process from identification to contract signing.
- Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate effectively with customers; maintain up‑to‑date information on new initiatives, prices, and deals.
- Ensure all signage and POP products meet quality standards and client specifications before delivery.
- Identify innovative ways of increasing revenue generation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Design or a business‑related field.
- Minimum 5 years demonstrable sales experience as an Account Manager or client‑facing role within marketing, advertising, or printing industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and project‑management tools.
- Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
- Leadership, analytical and organizational abilities; attention to detail and quality control.
Preferred Qualifications
- Personal attributes: great communication, organizational, time‑management, networking, integrity, self‑motivation and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop long‑term integrated cross‑functional marketing plans and operationalize strategy into sales.
- Customer support acumen, business savvy, innovative mindset, excellent organizing and planning skills.
