Job Description
Maintain and repair kitchen and laundry equipment in a hotel setting, performing preventive maintenance, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating with staff, and driving efficiency improvements daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records and monitor spare‑parts usage.
- Ensure work complies with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with kitchen, housekeeping, and laundry teams.
- Suggest improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years experience maintaining kitchen and/or laundry equipment, preferably in a hotel.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and technical diagrams.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance reporting.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
