Job Description

Maintain and repair kitchen and laundry equipment in a hotel setting, performing preventive maintenance, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating with staff, and driving efficiency improvements daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipment.
  • Maintain accurate service records and monitor spare‑parts usage.
  • Ensure work complies with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules with kitchen, housekeeping, and laundry teams.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

Requirements

  • Diploma or certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years experience maintaining kitchen and/or laundry equipment, preferably in a hotel.
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and technical diagrams.
  • Basic computer skills for maintenance reporting.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
