Job Description
Seeking experienced Litigation Advocate to provide client onboarding, conduct research, and handle criminal, tax, aviation, and civil law matters, ensuring high integrity, teamwork, and flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients in a legal practice setting
- Conduct legal research and analytical work
- Communicate complex legal concepts to non‑legal stakeholders
- Negotiate and solve legal problems
- Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
- Adapt and learn continuously
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Support teamwork within the firm
- Organize work and perform under pressure
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB preferred) or BA/BSc/HND
- Licensed attorney with a valid bar membership
- Minimum 5 years post‑admission experience as Legal Counsel or similar corporate role
- Strong understanding of Criminal, Tax, Aviation, and Civil Law
Preferred Qualifications
- LLB degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience across multiple legal domains
- Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving abilities
