Job Description

Lead NCPB’s strategic food reserve, commercial grain trading, and subsidised fertilizer distribution as Managing Director, overseeing senior management, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement on a three‑year contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategic food reserve management
  • Manage commercial grain trading operations
  • Supervise distribution of government‑subsidised fertilizer and relief food
  • Provide senior leadership and policy direction
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and partnership development

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years experience in large public or private sector organisations
  • At least 5 years experience at senior management level
  • Bachelor's degree in a business‑related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Agricultural Marketing or related field from a recognized university
