Job Description
Lead NCPB’s strategic food reserve, commercial grain trading, and subsidised fertilizer distribution as Managing Director, overseeing senior management, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement on a three‑year contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee strategic food reserve management
- Manage commercial grain trading operations
- Supervise distribution of government‑subsidised fertilizer and relief food
- Provide senior leadership and policy direction
- Ensure compliance with government regulations
- Lead stakeholder engagement and partnership development
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years experience in large public or private sector organisations
- At least 5 years experience at senior management level
- Bachelor's degree in a business‑related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Agricultural Marketing or related field from a recognized university
