Job Description
Lakezone Enterprises Ltd seeks an experienced mechanic skilled in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance and repair, capable of handling diverse vehicle types, using diagnostic tools, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle diagnostics and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicle types
- Use diagnostic equipment and computerized vehicle systems
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with vehicle safety standards and quality workmanship
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Motor Vehicle Mechanics, or equivalent
- Professional certification such as ASE or equivalent
- 2–4 years proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and tools
- Strong knowledge of vehicle safety standards and preventive maintenance
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and troubleshoot complex issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a construction company is an added advantage
