Job Description
The Order Processing Clerk will manage customer LPOs, enter sales orders, generate delivery notes and invoices, ensure ERP data integrity, and support stock‑take and reporting for Mini Group in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer LPOs/returns and enter them into the ERP system as sales orders.
- Generate delivery notes and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Create customer invoices ensuring compliance with tax laws and company policies.
- Maintain high ERP data accuracy for inventory, sales, and financial reporting.
- File documents, generate routine reports, support audits, and participate in stock‑take activities.
Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in order processing/invoicing.
- ERP system experience required.
