Job Description
Provide high-quality physiotherapy services by assessing patients, delivering manual and electrotherapy treatments, creating individualized rehab plans, leading therapy sessions, educating community, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen, assess, and evaluate patients to determine physiotherapy needs and suitable interventions
- Provide therapeutic treatments such as manual therapy, electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, and therapeutic exercises
- Create and implement individualized rehabilitation plans
- Run individual and group therapy sessions
- Educate patients and the community on physical wellness and neuro‑musculoskeletal conditions
- Maintain accurate patient records, compile statistics, and report
- Participate in service improvement and operational research activities
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Diploma in Physiotherapy with at least 2 years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Registration and current practicing license from the Physiotherapy Council of Kenya (PCK)
- Membership in the Kenya Society of Physiotherapists (KSP) with a valid certificate of practice
