Job Description

Support BURN’s Procurement and Logistics team by organizing, reviewing, and updating procurement records, ensuring accurate documentation, central storage, and timely approvals within a contract internship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and clean up records kept by the Procurement and Logistics team.
  • Re‑review existing records to ensure all documents are up‑to‑date.
  • Collaborate with team members to update records and submit for approvals.
  • Consolidate reviewed information in a centralised location for periodic re‑reviews.

Requirements

  • Diploma‑level education.
  • Proficiency with a laptop and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of an ERP system.
  • Ability to organise and provide filtered information to stakeholders.
