Job Description
KidsCare Kenya seeks a results‑driven Program Manager to lead quality improvement across six Special School Units, overseeing inclusive education practices, data‑driven MEL, and stakeholder collaboration to achieve measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation of the SSU Quality Improvement Program
- Data‑driven Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL), coaching structures and quality reviews
- Innovation in inclusive and play‑based learning
- Collaboration with head teachers, SSU teachers, parents and government stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Education, Project Management or Development Studies
- Minimum 5 years program management experience (inclusive/SNE preferred)
- Current understanding of inclusive education methodologies and policy trends
- High ambition, strong execution power and a structured, collaborative mindset
