Job Description

Support health entrepreneurship and community‑based activities for the Africa Health Collaborative project, providing technical, administrative, monitoring, and logistics assistance across multiple Kenyan counties while ensuring effective implementation and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of entrepreneurship training curricula and experiential learning activities.
  • Organize and coordinate workshops, trainings, and meetings at community and health‑facility levels.
  • Document training sessions, meetings, and workshops and prepare related reports.
  • Participate in AHC project team meetings and record minutes.
  • Track project outputs and outcomes and maintain the online training database.
  • Document best practices, lessons learned, and success stories.
  • Assist in preparing periodic activity reports.
  • Support adherence to financial and administrative procedures for project activities.
  • Arrange logistics for trainings, meetings, and workshops.
  • Assist the team in general coordination of project implementation activities.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Public Health, Community Health, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and follow through to completion.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic project‑team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in public health or community health is a plus.
