Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Lead festival project planning and execution
- Develop and manage timelines and budgets
- Coordinate production, operations, artists, and vendors
- Manage event logistics from planning to show day
- Report directly to leadership
Requirements
- Must have managed a music festival, corporate event, or large‑scale event involving artists and live audiences
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in event project management
- Relevant qualification in Project Management, Event Management, or related field
