Job Description
Manage end‑to‑end sales of real‑estate projects, serving as primary contact for buyers, generating leads, guiding negotiations, coordinating site visits, and ensuring compliant documentation while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Promote property sales through targeted ads, strategic marketing initiatives, and self‑driven lead generation.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with current and prospective clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Consultative Selling: Analyse clients' financial abilities and specific needs to propose suitable property solutions.
- Site Coordination: Schedule and lead professional site visits, showcasing property features to prospective buyers.
- Expert Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor, responding to inquiries and assisting buyers through the purchasing process in line with company policies.
- Proactive Communication: Keep clients updated on upcoming projects, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Quality Control: Ensure all documentation is accurately completed by prospects in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on real‑estate market trends, pricing, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real‑estate sales or a similar client‑facing role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of local real‑estate laws and financial requirements.
