Job Description
The Property Advisor generates leads, manages client relationships, tracks sales pipelines in CRM, ensures compliance, and supports mortgage processes for HF Group’s real‑estate subsidiary by coordinating bookings and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create systematic and consistent lead generation from project marketing efforts, cold calling, referrals, lead generation services and other media; record all engagements in the CRM.
- Ensure that all client engagements from prospecting to closure are captured in the CRM.
- Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the real‑estate market and relay findings to the supervisor.
- Provide periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) sales pipeline reports to management using the CRM.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance throughout the customer journey.
- Participate in promotion of property sales at organized events such as expos, site activations, mall activations, etc.
- Follow up and ensure preparation and approval of booking forms, offer letters, sale agreements and transfer documents.
- Upload customer payment evidence on the CRM for validation.
- Ensure customer payment plans are followed up and collections are done on time; achieve at least 85% compliance and issue cancellation notices per policy.
- Identify mortgage clients early, create and track mortgage applications centrally.
- Ensure compliance with real‑estate laws and internal policies; act with high professionalism in all client engagements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient with Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- At least 1 year’s experience as a Marketer/Sales Executive in the real‑estate sector.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
