Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact, greeting visitors and handling calls while providing administrative support to production and procurement, including LPO follow‑ups and timely customer query resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and direct visitors professionally
- Handle calls and inquiries courteously
- Follow up on LPOs and support operational tasks
- Resolve customer queries within 24 hours
- Maintain a neat and professional reception area
Requirements
- Experience in front desk or administrative roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong problem‑solving and customer service skills
- Comfortable with procurement follow‑ups (LPOs)
- Professional, polite, and well‑groomed
