Serve as the primary point of contact, greeting visitors and handling calls while providing administrative support to production and procurement, including LPO follow‑ups and timely customer query resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and direct visitors professionally
  • Handle calls and inquiries courteously
  • Follow up on LPOs and support operational tasks
  • Resolve customer queries within 24 hours
  • Maintain a neat and professional reception area

Requirements
