Job Description

Provide front‑desk support and customer service for Sanlam Investments East Africa, handling calls, client inquiries, administrative tasks, meeting coordination, and compliance while assisting with proposals and travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional welcome for clients and visitors; manage incoming calls efficiently.
  • Assist with basic client enquiries on unit trusts, fund information, statements, and KYC requirements.
  • Offer administrative assistance and coordinate meeting rooms.
  • Support preparation of proposals and client documentation.
  • Assist the team with travel planning and booking tasks when required.
  • Maintain the reception area and support general office operations.
  • Adhere to company policies, risk, compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Perform any other duties as documented in performance objectives or assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 1 year experience or internship in a similar role within the financial sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer‑service orientation.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in investments, asset management, or unit trusts is an added advantage.
