Job Description
The Intercompany Analyst manages intercompany accounting, reconciliations, transaction processing, and consolidation support across global entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS, transfer pricing, and internal controls within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead intercompany reconciliation across entities and ensure alignment with transfer pricing agreements.
- Oversee recording and processing of complex intercompany transactions and related invoicing.
- Provide intercompany elimination entries and support financial statement consolidation.
- Collaborate with transfer pricing specialists to maintain arm's‑length transaction compliance.
- Maintain documentation of intercompany agreements, policies, and transactions for tax and control purposes.
- Identify and implement process optimizations, automation, and standardization.
- Work with finance, tax, legal, and operational teams globally to resolve intercompany issues.
- Prepare schedules, reports, and documentation for internal and external audit requirements.
- Uphold company code of conduct, health, safety, and wellbeing policies.
Requirements
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience with focus on intercompany accounting and global operations.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and transfer pricing principles.
- Experience with consolidation software (e.g., Hyperion) and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration across cultures and time zones.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive problem‑solving skills.
