Job Description
The Regional Sales Officer will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, promoting services, conducting market research, delivering sales presentations, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Promote services and build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and provide strategic market feedback.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align activities with business goals.
- Represent the company professionally and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing (healthcare experience preferred).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong business development, market research, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare experience preferred
