Job Description
The Sales and Marketing Executive will drive sales, manage client relationships, create social media campaigns, oversee showroom presentation, and handle customer care, supporting business development for Coveted HR in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales by soliciting orders from new and prospective customers
- Provide samples, catalogs, and product information to prospects
- Handle product inquiries, address issues, and nurture key accounts
- Survey, analyse, and prepare proposals for new and existing clients
- Create and manage social‑media marketing campaigns and weekly/monthly performance reports
- Participate in SEO, design content, and stay updated on digital‑marketing trends
- Arrange and maintain showroom merchandise, pricing, and cleanliness
- Maintain detailed customer records, resolve complaints, and support order processing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Familiarity with social‑media platforms and content creation
- Ability to manage showroom operations and customer service tasks
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
